the check-in process was a bit annoying since it was mostly automated and didn't work very well,, but the capsules were super spacious and each shower had privacy which was great. plus, the location was just a short walk from the train station!

the check-in was an absolute nightmare with confusing tablets and no one to assist—it took forever. also, my capsule had trash left from the last guest. i was going to give a good review, but seriously, what about complimentary breakfast for such inconvenience? i guess the expectations of a guest like me are too much for them to handle.
